My favorite anywhere full-body exercises with tubing🧘🏻‍♀️

WORKOUT
1️⃣ Squats with rows 3 x 15-25
2️⃣ Triceps extensions 3 x 15-25
3️⃣ Straight-arm pressdowns 3 x 15-25
4️⃣ Chest press 3 x 15-25
5️⃣ Chest flies 3 x 15-25
6️⃣ Core/biceps hip extension 3 x 15-25
7️⃣ Lying abduction/abs 3 x 15-2

I’ve been an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years. While I incorporate exercise consultations into my client coaching I have now started to bring in some new online training clients.

My specialization has always been working out with little or no equipment, usually at home. So I thought I’d share some my favorite exercises I love to do that targets multiple muscle groups at once for a full body workout that you can do anywhere. While I suggest 3 sets of 15-25 reps each, I recommend doing sets that make you burnout of each exercise and then repeat the series 3 or 4 times.
