Ok if you're looking to eat some french toast with a little extra protein here it is!
1) Cut 2 slices of sourdough bread into strips
2) Mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup of protein, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of milk together and mix
3) Dip the bread slices into wet mixture
4) Cook the bread pieces on a pan until golden brown
5) Mix 1/4 cup of greek yogurt + 1/2 cup of protein in a bowl
6) Lay out bread slices, top with yogurt and protein mixture, top with your favorite fruit and cinnamon!
