This Fried scallion and five spice pancake is crispy on the outside and layered on the inside, they're flavourful and fragrant. The dough does not need to be kneaded much. After 30 minutes of rest the dough becomes stretchy and easy to roll. When eaten hot, it tastes great.

Ingredients:
For making 8 pcs
Dough:
260ml water
4g dry yeast
400g all purpose flour

Filling:
40g all purpose flour
1/2tsp salt
60g cooking oil
1/2tsp five spices
80g chopped green onion

五香葱油酥饼配方:
可以做8个饼
面团:
260毫升室温水
4克发酵粉
400克普通面粉

五香葱油酥:
40克普通面粉
½ 小勺盐
60克食用油
1/2小勺五香粉
