It's so delicious. I make it for dinner almost everyday! Healthy Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 200g broccoli
Add to a bowl
Pour water in the bowl
Add 1tsp salt in the bowl
Set aside for 10 minutes
Peel 12 shrimps
Add salt and black pepper
Pour 1tbsp cooking wine in the bowl
Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes
Pour water in a pot
Strain the broccoli
Add salt in the pot
Pour a bit of oil in the pot
Cook the broccoli for 1-2 minutes
Strain the broccoli
Put into cold water
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in a pan
Place the shrimp in the pan
Add a bit of oil in the pan
Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic in the pan
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Add the broccoli to the pan
Add the shrimp
Add 2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
Place 1/2tbsp corn starch in a small bowl
Pour 1tbsp water in the bowl
Mix well
Pour in the pan
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Done!
