INGREDIENTS:
Avocado Toast:
1 avocado
Toast
Salt
Pepper
Avocado Mango Blueberry Smoothie:
8-12 oz. cold water
1 cup frozen mangoes
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 an avocado
1 banana
1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
1 TBSP honey
Avocado Chicken Salad Sandwich:
1 cup chopped chicken breast or thigh
A handful of lettuce (optional)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 a lemon (juice only)
1/4 TSP salt
*Pair chicken salad with fresh sliced tomato (make sure to season your tomato) and serve on a lettuce wrap or on toasted bread for a delicious sandwich!
