Cooking wine 料酒
5 tbsp water 水
4 tbsp vinegar 醋
3 tbsp sugar 白糖
2 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp starch 淀粉
1 tbsp Pixian Doubanjiang 郫县豆瓣酱
