Introduction:
The solutions provided in this video are from Naran S. Balakumar’s teachings.

Problem:
User: Are there any solutions for overthinking?

Solution:
1.) Chant or write OM VIM VISHNAVE NAMAHA several times daily.

Naran S. Balakumar:
Chant this mantra whenever you feel like complaining or overthinking about another person/situation.

2.) Chant CANCEL several times.

Naran S. Balakumar:
The CANCEL Switch word is to cancel your worries, behavior, or tendencies.

3.) Be in CHIN Mudra and chant I RELEASE THIS THOUGHT for several minutes.

The tips of the thumb and the index finger touch together.

Naran S. Balakumar:
Whenever unwanted thoughts come to you, be in CHIN Mudra, and they will get released.

Keep chanting the Switch words until you come out of negative thoughts or beliefs.
