Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter, creamy
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 red and green M&M's
Directions:
To a bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars. Add in the peanut butter and mix until combined. Then add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mix mix mix!
Add in the dry ingredients plus the oats. Mix until combined. Fold in the chips and M&M's.
To a parchment lined baking sheet, using a cookie scoop roughly 3 tbsps worth, scoop out some dough and place it directly onto the parchment, no need to roll it smooth.
Space the cookies 2 inches apart. Add on some additional red and green M&M's to the tops of the cookies. Into a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet undisturbed for 5 minutes before trying to move. Otherwise they might fall apart. They need those 5 minutes to settle and firm up. Enjoy!
