【Eng Sub】自制辣椒酱(酸辣版) Homemade Red Chilli Sauce | 简单煮法 鸡饭辣椒 Chicken Rice Chilli

【食材】
蒜头 8瓣
姜 20克
红辣椒 (大) 150克
指天椒 (小红椒) 8根
酸柑汁 50克 (约12粒)
盐 1茶匙
水 100毫升
鸡汤 4汤匙 (可省略)

【Ingredients】
8 cloves of Garlic
20g of Ginger
150g of Red Chillies (big)
8 Red Chilli Padi
50g of Lime Juice (Green Calamansi Lime)
1 tsp of Salt
100ml of Water
4 tbsp of Chicken Stock (can be omitted)

【自制辣椒酱-酸辣版】 美味百搭的辣椒酱。
清新的辣味、浓郁的蒜香、醇厚的酸甘汁,
非常适合用于点醮萝卜糕,鸡饭,火锅餐的肉类和海鲜等。
就是一款新年必备的蘸料,蘸啥都香!

贴士:
1.怕太辣的可以不放指天椒哟。
2.吃不完的辣椒酱可装入干净(无水)的容器,密封好后置人冰箱冷藏,以延长保存期限。
