Pan Seared Blue Fish with Creamy Crab Sauce

Thanks to all who sent their good wishes during my illness. I am almost fully recovered and doing well.

Blue Fish

For each fillet, use
1 Teaspoon Wine or Citrus Juice
1 Pressed Garlic Clove or 1/4 Teaspoon Minced Garlic with Juice, or 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Each Dill and Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika.

Crab Sauce (Note, in the video I make a double batch. These are the proportions for a single batch)
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Butter
3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 6 Ounce Can Crab, Body Meat, With The Liquid.
