BLENDED OATS RECIPE
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cacao powder
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Sprinkle of chocolate chips
4 fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Deg F. (I use our toaster oven).
Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips and raspberries until smooth.
Pour mixture into an oven safe ramekin.
Add chocolate chips and raspberries to the top, they will sink in, that’s okay.
Bake for 25 minutes and then enjoy!
