Lemon Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
For marinade:
600 g chicken thighs/breasts
(skinless/boneless) bite size
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cooking wine
1 egg white, lightly whisked
Stock mixture:
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp lemon juice
Grated zest of 1 lemon
For frying:
1 cup plain flour
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp water
Vegetable oil for frying
1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
2 spring onion (scallion) chopped to serve
lemon slices to serve (optional)
