The Yahiko Mountain Ropeway, a ropeway in Yahiko Village, Niigata Prefecture, Japan, is a tourist spot where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and attractive scenery.

②Characteristics of the ropeway
Operating time: It takes 5 minutes to reach the summit, and the round trip fare is 1,500 yen (junior high school students and above), and 800 yen (junior high school students and above).
Guide: A guide will accompany you and give you an easy-to-understand explanation of the view of Mt. Yahiko.
③Observation restaurant and panoramic tower
Observation restaurant: Located a short walk from the ropeway summit station, you can eat and take a break while looking at the beautiful Sea of Japan.
Yahiko Panorama Tower: Located in the mountaintop parking lot, this 100m-tall rotating observation tower offers a panoramic view from 600m above the ground.
④ Climbing Car
Vehicle: A slanted elevator-like vehicle that connects the parking lot to the observation restaurant at the top of the mountain.
⑤ Course to Yahiko Shrine
Prayer: Before boarding the ropeway, you can visit Yahiko Shrine and the shrine.
You will feel energized if you pray while enjoying the view from the top of the mountain.
⑥ Nearby tourist spots
Yahiko Shrine: Known as a power spot, the atmosphere is different just by stepping onto the approach to the shrine.
Momiji Valley: The autumn leaves are lit up at night, creating a fantastic beauty.
