As fall brings drier weather, our bodies crave hydration, and pears are a perfect seasonal treat. Juicy and naturally sweet, they’re great for adding moisture to your diet. One of my favorite ways to enjoy pears in the morning is by making a delicious almond pudding. The natural sweetness of the pear pairs beautifully with the rich flavor of apricot almonds, creating a comforting, sugar-free dessert that’s both satisfying and healthy.
By blending and simmering the pears with apricot almond milk, you get a smooth and creamy texture, with no need for extra sweeteners. This dessert is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients to keep you nourished and hydrated during the dry autumn months.
Ingredients:
100g Akizuki pear
80g Lotus root
50g Sweet apricot almonds
50g Glutinous rice
300ml Water
