Sopa de conchita recipe:
Heat 2 table spoons of oil in large pot
Add in 7oz of small shell pasta
Toast until the shells are lightly browned
Add in about 8 cups of water (more or less depending how brothy you want it)
Add in about 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon (more or less to taste)
Add in 2 stirring spoonfulls of spaghetti sauce
Add in cooked ground beef (I did about 1/4 cup)
Let boil and cook till noodles are fully cooked adding more water if needed.
