0:05 The customer did not want any of this fixed properly and had other issues that needed to be repaired so the vehicle failed the inspection.

1:19 Looks like the inner brake pad was metal to metal and dislodged itself from the brake caliper which caused the brake caliper piston to rub against the brake rotor and get the brake rotor and outer brake pad so hot that it welded itself against the brake calliper. The vehicle also had a new wheel bearing on that side, so they aren't sure if that was the customer or not who just worked on the car and caused this damage.
1:32 A bad DVD player caused the issue. The technician disconnected it and the noise went away.

1:58 The technician added a couple gallons of fuel and the car started without any issues.
2:05 As shown in the video the customer put the exhaust bolt springs in the wrong spot which prevented the exhaust from sealing and caused their exhaust leak.
