Baishihu is a recreational agricultural area in Taipei City famous for its suspension bridges and also famous for strawberry picking, but even outside of the season, the swaying trees and the sparkling water of the wetlands will soothe your soul. It was very windy and cold when I went. The sausage stall in the middle was a welcome relief. After walking, we went to Bishan Kaizhang Shengwang Temple to drink coffee and warm up.
