New horizons to explore, for all types of preparations.
Le Moulin brings unprecedented innovation, bringing a new perspective to the kitchen. Much more than a classic salt and pepper or coffee grinder, it works as a mill for seasoning dishes or beverages on demand. Spices, of course, but also pulses, herbs, dried mushrooms, dried seaweed, cereals and many other products can be ground by a ceramic millstone. In addition, the nine different grinding settings allow for a wide variety of textures and flavors to be created as a finishing touch to dishes. Adding character and freshness to dishes is just a simple matter of turning the dial.

The mechanism, which holds and grinds ingredients, can easily process a wide variety of products when shaken in moderation.

MiYa-Vie:

MiYa-Vie chef Masaaki YOKOSUKA played an important role in the opening of BRAS TOYA JAPON, the first branch of BRAS. He was originally from the suburbs of Tokyo, but while working in the BRAS kitchen, he became fascinated by the excellence of Hokkaido's produce, which led him to open his own restaurant there. Since then, he has continued to explore the Yokosuka way of "where French food culture meets northern ingredients". His fans range from the quiet residential neighbors to gourmets from all over the world who have come to enjoy the world-class snow conditions.
