The weather is getting colder and colder, and one pot dish have become a frequent guest on my table. I recently discovered love for this Shacha sauce radish stew. It is very simple and fast to make, great for one to eat after a long day of work. I bought 5 pounds of fresh soybeans some time ago and froze them. Fresh soybeans is great for stews.
Ingredients:
One White Radish
50g Fresh Yuba
40g Fresh Soybeans(or Soaked Dry Soybeans)
Corianders
A Few Slices of Ginger
3 Dried Shiitake Mushroom
1 Tabasco Pepper
500ml Water That Soaked Mushrooms
Seasonings:
1 Tbsp Vegan Shacha Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
Salt
Tips:
1. Leave the fresh picked radish under the sun for 2 to 3 hours, and the spiciness and other unpleasant flavors will be gone.
2.You can use radish skin to make pickle.
