Ingredients for Curry:
Brinjal - 4 big size, peel and diced big
Potato - 1 medium size, peel and diced big
Pressure cook Brinjal and potato for 2 whistles
Tamarind - 1 tbsp
Onion - small 7 to 8 Ct (optional)
Big Onion - ½ diced small
Tomato - 3 ct - diced big
Green Chilli - 6 to 7 ct slitted
Coriander - hands full
Salt - 1 tbsp or as per your taste
Water - as reqd
Ingredients for seasoning:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - ¾ tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Red dry chilli - 2 ct
Turmeric - ½ tsp
