Ingredients:
For the first layer:
2-1/2 cup of milk
3/4 cup semolina(meduim)
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp blossom water

The second Layer:
3 cup of milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp blossom water
170 gram mascarpone

For the decoration we used the pistachio
