📍The ‘Crystal Grotto’ is a hidden gem located in Painshill Park in Cobham, Surrey, UK🇬🇧
🏗️ It was originally constructed in the mid-18th century by Charles Hamilton, the founder of Painshill Park.

💎The Grotto is renowned for its intricate decorations made from thousands of crystals, including quartz, calcite, amethyst and more.
🚧 The Grotto was in good care until 20th. C. But after WW2, it was neglected. This is when the @painshill trust began restoration between 1983 & 2013!
💗Be sure to add this to your bucket list in the UK! The Grotto is open Tuesday-Sunday 10:30am-5:30pm (closed on Mondays for maintenance).
