The Galvanised Nail was created by Simon Difford in 2003. It is inspired by the Rusty Nail, but better. It is a herbal and well balanced Scotch Whisky cocktail that is a great sipper. It's perfect for a hot day, too. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

GALVANISED NAIL
1.6 oz/50 ml Blended Scotch
.5 oz/15 ml Drambui
.5 oz/15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz/15 ml Apple Juice
.3 oz/10 ml Lemo Juice
METHOD
1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaking tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain into an ice filled glass.
