Creamy Gnocchi (Recipe Below ⬇️)

Ingredients:
•1/4 of an onion
•1 tbs garlic
•1 tbs olive oil
•1 pack of gnocchi
•1 cluster of shimeji mushrooms (about 1/2 cup)
•1 tbs butter
•1 tsp flour
•1/4 cup Chardonnay
•1 pint heavy whipping cream
•1 cup spinach
•1 lemon
•1/2 cup Parmesan
•seasoning to taste (I used salt, pepper, and paprika)

Instructions:
-in a large skillet heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
-meanwhile boil the gnocchi
-add the mushrooms to the onions and season to taste
-add butter and then dust with flour
-lower heat and deglaze with Chardonnay or similar
-slowly pour in heavy whipping cream while stirring
-add spinach
-add the cooked gnocchi along with about 2 tablespoons of the pasta water
-add zest from 1 lemon and more seasoning as desired
-add Parmesan and stir until melted
-garnish with micro nasturtium
