【材料
鶏もも肉 １枚
ごぼう 1/2本
人参 1/2本
◉ 調味液
醤油 大2
砂糖 大1
みりん 大2
水 50cc
今日使ったタコ糸はチャーシューの時に使う
加熱調理用のタコ糸です！
① 鶏肉は余分な脂を切り落とします。
② 長方形にしたいので、肉の厚い所に包丁で切り目を浅く入れて形を整え片面に塩コショウします。
③ 人参は皮をむき1cmの棒状にします。
④ ごぼうも人参と同じサイズに揃えます。
⑤ 鍋にお湯を沸かし、人参は沸騰してから1分、ごぼうは2分茹でてザルにあげておきます。
⓺ 鶏肉の真ん中に人参とごぼうを置き巻いてタコ糸で結びます。
⑦ フライパンを温め中火でお肉の表面を回しながら焼き色をつけます。
⑧ 酒大さじ２杯を回し入れて蓋をし、弱火にして10分程蒸し焼きにします。
⑨蓋を開けて混ぜ合わせた調味料を入れて汁気が少なくなるまで煮詰めます。
⑩ 切り分けお皿に盛り付け残った煮汁を温め直してかけたら完成です。

[Ingredients
Chicken thigh meat 1 piece
Burdock root 1/2
Carrot 1/2
◉ Seasoning liquid
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Water 50cc
The octopus thread I used today is the octopus thread for cooking that I use for char siu!
① Trim off excess fat from the chicken.
② To make a rectangle, make shallow cuts with a knife in the thick part of the meat to shape it, and add salt and pepper on one side.
③ Peel the carrot and cut it into 1cm sticks.
④ Cut the burdock to the same size as the carrots.
⑤ Boil water in a pot and boil the carrots for 1 minute and the burdock for 2 minutes, then drain and drain in a colander.
⓺ Place the carrot and burdock in the middle of the chicken, roll it up and tie it with string.
⑦ Heat a frying pan and brown the surface of the meat over medium heat, rotating it around.
⑧ Add 2 tablespoons of sake, cover, reduce heat to low and steam for about 10 minutes.
⑨ Open the lid and add the mixed seasonings and simmer until the liquid is reduced.
⑩ Cut the chicken into pieces, arrange on a plate, reheat the remaining broth and pour it over it to finish.
