One easy way to make meals faster during the busy weekdays is making a batch of slow cooker chicken.
This chicken can be used in soups, casseroles, enchiladas, or use it for salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
It’s super convenient to have on hand and makes my life so much easier during meal time. It’s customizable so use the seasonings you love.
Details-
Add 4-5 chicken breasts to a slow cooker and drizzle both sides with a little olive oil, about 1-2 tablespoons. Then season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Pop the lid on and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken shreds easily with a fork. Chicken will last in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-5 days!
