Ingredients for three servings:
3 cups frozen raspberries* (420g)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (120 ml / 125g)
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve immediately

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use les than 60g raspberries per serving and add frozen blueberries instead. Also use maple syrup instead of honey☺️
