1 Cucumber with 1 carrot. Super simple and delicious dinner or lunch recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Slice 350g cucumber
Add to a bowl
Slice 90g carrot
Add to the bowl
Add salt
Mix well
Set aside for 20 minutes
Chop 1 purple onion
After 20 minutes
Strain the vegetables
Add the onion to the bowl
Pour 1tbsp apple cider vinegar into a bowl
1/2 Lime juice
Pour 2tsp sesame oil in the bowl
Add salt to the bowl
Paprika
1tbsp white sesame seeds
Mix well
Pour into the bowl
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
Done!
