The Grief Relief Project was created when the President of the Natural Solutions Foundation, Major General Albert (Bert) N. Stubblebine III, died in February, 2017. His wife, Rima E. Laibow, MD, the Medical Director of the Foundation was incapacitated by grief until, dramatically, she and Counsel Ralph Fucetola remembered that they had the technology, known as Human BioAcoustics, and experience necessary to extract the embedded Signature Frequency characteristic of General Bert and could program a tone generator to deliver it to Dr. Rima through headphones.
Dr. Rima and General Bert studied various frequency techniques, including Human BioAcoustics, originated by Sharry Edwards, MEd, and the Grief Relief Program is based on her teachings. The specific frequency sets are Ms. Edwards' Intellectual Property and are not revealed in the Grief Relief system, which provides access to hear them. General Bert and Dr. Rima have expertise in Neuro-Biofeedback and other techniques that is widely recognized.
