Sukiyaki-style eggplant and beef
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
3 eggplants
1 spring onion
Beef sliced meat 250g
◎ Sake 3 tablespoons
◎ Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
◎Sugar 2 tablespoons
◎Water 200cc
How to make
(1) Slice the leek diagonally. Remove the stem from the eggplant, cut it in half lengthwise, and make a diagonal cut in the skin. Cut in half lengthwise.
(2) Put ◎ in a pot, and when it boils, loosen the beef and add it. When it boils, remove the scum.
(3) Add green onions and eggplants, cover with a drop lid and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Tomatoes and shirasu with perilla dressing
Ingredients for 3 to 4 people
3 medium tomatoes
Whitebait about 30g
Shiso 10 pieces
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
How to make
① Roughly chop the tomato. Shred the shiso.
② Put tomatoes, shirasu and perilla in a bowl, add soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and mix.
