Never Buy Salsa Again ! How to make Picante Sauce Fire Roasted

today we show you one of our many Salsa recipes.. I used to be manager of a Mexican Restaurant...A Chain and this is their recipe for the regular salsa out front.. The only difference is I roasted them in oven.. They use gas flames.. Salsa or Picante sauce are very easy to make and there are so many ways to change it up. This one is great.. with more to come ... :)
Ingredients
6 Roma tomatoes
2 Jalapeno (optional)
6 small cloves garlic
1 whole sprig of Cilantro
1/2 Large red onion..
Salt and pepper to taste..
