Keto Christmas Sugar Cookies
2 1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 t almond extract
Icing:
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
1–3 t heavy cream
1–2 drops food coloring
Preheat your oven to 325. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
whisk together dry ingredients and set aside.
Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add the wet ingredients and beat until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on the Parchment.
Bake the cookies for 10–16 minutes, or until the edges just begin to turn golden. Let them cool completely.
Stir together powdered sweetener, cream, and food coloring until smooth. Decorate proper.

Bake for 10–16 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, until they cool completely.
