Brutal Doom Hell on Earth Starter Pack - Melee Smash and Rip and Tear modes

Trying out the melee in BD on the "Dead Streets" level you have two modes, 'Rip and Tear' where you can perform fatalities on enemies and 'Smash' which just smacks the crap out of them.
