Cut 2 stems on Chinese mahogany (into however you like) and 1 box of tofu (make sure to pat dry before cutting, I forgot that part)
Heat up the oil, and put the mahogany in the pot
After simmering for a while, put the tofu in
Cook for about 4 minutes, then put soy sauce (there is no measurement, go with however many you’d like)
Simmer for 1 minute, then plate it
You can eat this with anything, but I recommend rice/fried rice/noodles, not not fried noodles
