Add potato to rice and you'll be amazed by the results! Super simple and delicious dinner
Ingredients and recipe:
1 cup Rice
Water
Soak for 20 minutes
16 Raw shrimps
1tbsp cooking wine
Salt
1/4tsp White pepper
Mix well
Set aside for 15 minutes
Olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
1 green onion
Chop the green onions
Cook for 2 minutes
1 potato
Dice the potato
60g carrot
Dice the carrots and add to the pan
60g celery
Chop the celery and add to the pan
Cook for 3-5 minutes
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2tbsp oyster sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Drain the rice water after 20 minutes
Transfer to a pot
1cup water
Add the vegetables to the pot
Low heat
Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat
Olive oil
10g unsalted butter
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Cook for 1 minute
Add the shrimp to the pan
2 eggs
Salt and black pepper
Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
After cooking
Mix well
This is a very delicious and nutritious meal!
