🌸 While at the car shop yesterday, getting a new key fob for our Suzuki Jimny, the attendant kindly told us we’d need to wait a few minutes. Then, he gestured toward a vending machine offering free beverages—a common and wonderful perk in Japan.
The options? Coke, tea, water, and black coffee. Yumiko and I each made our picks: she chose the green tea, and I went with the black coffee. It’s a small thing, but these little moments make errands like this feel special.
So, what would you choose? 🍵☕
Haiku:
Coffee or green tea,
Choices at no extra cost,
Life’s simple delights.
