Gandhāran Studies: A Survey | Day 2 Morning

This workshop discusses the history, current state and future of Gandharan studies and highlight recent research on the material and visual culture of the region. It is held in conjunction with the Beyond Boundaries: Buddhist Art from Gandhara exhibition at the Berkeley Art Museum, organized by Julia White (senior curator, BAM) and Osmund Bopearachchi (Emeritus Director of Research, CNRS, Paris).
