今天开始约旦之行，第一期我们就从约旦首都安曼最古老的集市开始，带大家感受当地的风土人情。无论是精美的传统服饰还是烟火气的街边小食都让人新鲜，市场里不仅有各类瓜果蔬菜，还有烤制的面包馕饼。当地摊贩还邀请我吃了正宗火板烤鱼。中东的甜点也相当出名，最受约旦人喜爱的就是库纳法，雪白的奶酪配上开心果碎甜滋滋。最后再带大家尝尝隐藏在集市中的大排档，酸茄子泥和鹰嘴豆泥滋味浓郁。约旦集市美味都在这篇。

Today we start our trip to Jordan, the first phase of which begins with the oldest bazaar in Amman, the capital of Jordan, and takes us through the local customs and traditions. Whether it's the beautiful traditional costumes or the smoky street food, the market not only has all kinds of fruits and vegetables, but also baked bread and naan bread. I was also invited by a local vendor to eat authentic fire-plate grilled fish. The Middle East is also famous for its desserts, with the most popular being kunafa, a snowy white cheese sweetened with crushed pistachios.
