Actually there is many way to upload the lisp to AutoCAD file by command line or tools bar or drag and drop which it easy way to upload the lisp to AutoCAD. But using these method need to upload lisp to AutoCAD again and again when open new or saved file , the proper way to upload the lisp to AutoCAD permanently do the following.

1- Type in command line ap then enter key
2-Under stratup suite click contents then add
3-Select lisp to be upload then click open.
4- Click close.
5- Drag and drop cad lisp and enjoy.
