Bodybuilding is a funny thing, and contest prep is weird. You learn stuff doing this that you don't expect to learn. And sometimes, you relearn some obvious things.
Here's an idea - don't travel across the country twice when you're under 5 weeks out. From 5 to 2 weeks out (as of now), it's been a mess. Time to put it all back together for the home stretch.
