Real Estate Broker Owners - Don't make this mistake!
Many broker owners and real estate team leaders will look at the average amt of closings per year per agent and will make that the benchmark. WRONG. You should look at your top producing agents and make THAT the benchmark.
Otherwise, you are attracting new agents to your team who have a lowered standard, and you're not pushing them to their capacity. Standards should be set high. When you help agents close more homes, and they see their community is full of top producers, they will close more homes, make more money, and stay longer.
