Hello, this is Hamorebi Kitchen.
Today I would like to introduce you an apple pie made from frozen pie sheets🍎
It's very easy to make, so please give it a try 😊
Ingredients:
4 frozen pie sheets
2 apples
30g unsalted butter
80g granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 beaten egg
Instructions:
1. Peel and core the apples and cut them into wedges about 1cm wide.
2. Put the butter in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add apples, granulated sugar and lemon juice and cook until soft.
3. Once the apples are soft, add cinnamon powder. Remove from heat and spread on a plate to cool.
4. Stack 2 frozen pie sheets about 1cm apart and join them together. Brush the joints with beaten egg.
5. Roll out the pie sheet one size larger than the tart shape and lay it down. Cut off the excess and prick the bottom with a fork in a few places.
6. Cut the remaining 2 frozen pie sheets into 1.5cm wide bars. Gather the leftover pie sheets together and cut them into 1cm wide bars.
7. Once the apples have cooled, lay them out in a tart pattern.
8. Place the pie sheet cut into 1.5 cm width in a grid pattern. Knit in a rope shape with a 1 cm wide pie sheet, spread beaten eggs around the tart shape and place it.
9. Brush the whole with beaten eggs and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, and you're done. Enjoy!!
