Lately, I like it so much that it has become the standard omelette in my house.
If you want to make ketchup rice
• 悪そうな男が作るナポリタンライス (と、さらにかわいさが増した犬)
Ingredients] (1 to 2 servings)
1 can tuna
200 g rice
3 eggs
20 g cheese (or none, if desired)
Ketchup to taste
Parsley, to taste
10 g butter (if you want to go light, you can use only oil from a can of tuna)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
about 3g dried bonito flakes
Recipe
1. Scramble the eggs. Mix thoroughly to break up the whites (do not whisk).
2. Melt butter in a frying pan, add canned tuna and warm rice, and stir until rice is broken up.
3. Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and cheese.
4. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a Teflon frying pan over low-medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
5. Stir well and when slightly set, cover with a wet cloth to stop heating and place rice in the center.
6. Stick the egg on the surface, tilt the dish and turn it over at once.
7. Finish with parsley and ketchup.
