Just cut and mix! This salad is easy, healthy, delicious, and I make it almost EVERYDAY!
Ingredients and recipe:
1 Cucumber
Smash the cucumber with a knife
Slice the cucumber in half
Cut the cucumber diagonally
Salt
Mix well
Leave for at least 20 minutes
After 20 minutes
Drain the liquid from the cucumbers
10g cilantro
1 hot pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Mash the garlic
Add the garlic to the bowl
1-2tbsp soy sauce
1/2tbsp vinegar
Sesame oil
Mix well
Pour over the cucumber
Mix well
Ready to serve!
