Opened in November 2020, coffee, tiramisu and beignet are very popular.
It will be an affiliated store of HOOT by Vargas, a popular store in Nakatsu, Osaka ^^
The interior of the store is a spacious space where you can feel the warmth of the wood base.
It makes me feel like I'm at an overseas coffee shop.
A lot of colorful dried flowers are displayed, and it has a very fashionable atmosphere.
Cookies and other baked goods are also sold at the counter, which looks delicious too ^^
This time, I ordered tiramisu and seasonal beignet ^^
"Ice coffee (single origin)"
A flavorful coffee with a solid richness.
The aftertaste is clean and very easy to drink ^^
"Cafe latte (HOT)"
The latte art is very beautiful and you can enjoy the appearance.
This also has a strong taste and a good balance of richness and mellowness ^ ^
"Beignet (fignet)"
This is Vourke's specialty, Beignet.
Beignet means "fried dough" in French.
The freshly fried beignet is square and plump and has a very nice aroma.
When you insert the knife, the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy.
The tiramisu cream served is very thick and goes well with the rustic sweet beignet.
The granola on top is also fun as an accent to the texture.
The seasonal figs have a melting sweetness, and it's great to chew together.

This tiramisu is made with the classic finger biscuits in Italy.
It's lighter than a sponge, so I like it very much ^^

The balance between the bittersweetness of coffee-soaked biscuits and the sweetness of tiramisu cream is exquisite.
