There are two well-preserved tombs on the hill behind the ancient city of Persepolis. They belong to Artaxerxes II and Artaxerxes III. The entrance to the tomb is blocked and people are not allowed to enter. You can only see the tomb door carved directly on the mountain. Similar to the customs in ancient China, the emperors of ancient Persia also prepared for their own tombs during their lifetime.
The ruins of Persepolis are located in a desert, where you can often see desert lizards. Before I came, I saw other videos that captured lizards, so I was looking forward to seeing them myself. I was a little disappointed after searching for a long time at the foot of the mountain. I didn’t expect to see a little guy on the wall when I just climbed up the mountain to the cemetery! I really want to rub it~~~
