Played on the PC SourceNext version with the Rebirth patch and using the Seamless HD project (www.reshdp.com/re3/) for HD textures.
I edited the intro cutscene and the epilogues into the video in post-production for my convenience. Those two cutscenes don't actually count for IGT so it's no difference.
