Hot Bean Dip is a major crowd pleaser snack food. I’ve been making and sharing it for decades and everyone always wants the recipe.
This dip is so ridiculously easy to make here’s how!
Ingredients:
1 block of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 (15) ounce can refried beans
1 can of Frito Lay bean dip
1 teaspoon chili powder
5 to 6 drops Tabasco (red or green)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 cup shredded cheddar, jack cheese, divided
1 large green onion, sliced
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 and spray a 1 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir in both beans, chili powder, Tabasco, parsley, and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir well until incorporated.
Spread bean mixture evenly in your prepared baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle the top with sliced green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips, or veggie sticks.
