Learning a Slang Word in Delhi, India 🇮🇳

I visited the Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi, which is a huge market area. These guys were driving a motorbike fast through the side streets and my local friend referred to them as Chapris. It's a local slang term, Chapri, that people refer to these young guys who try to act cool.
