Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 258 The Decisive Battle in the Uninhabited, Demon Infested Shinjuku 30
The narration describes how, although Sukuna could have regenerated his arms after executing his black flashes, Yuji's repeated strikes with his own black flashes prevented this. Instead, Sukuna managed to activate his, Malevolent Shrine, but it appeared grotesque. In a flashback, Choso questions the (RCT) users about how they compensate for blood during body regeneration. Shoko responds that she converts Cursed Energy (CE) into blood. Choso adds that his body also allows for the conversion of CE into blood, adding that Yuji could acquire similar abilities by consuming his brothers. Then, Ui Ui reveals that his CT enables him to swap souls between human beings, explaining the body swap between Kusakabe and Yuji. In the present, Yuji counters Sukuna's domain with his Shadow Style Simple Domain. He observes that Sukuna’s domain is incomplete, a fact confirmed by the narration, which notes that Sukuna cannot sustain such a high-level domain for long. Although Yuji's Simple Domain is eventually destroyed, he withstands the attack. However, this only leads to Sukuna activating his Flame technique!
